User Section:
Every user has their own my admin/account section. They can access their account after login. The features of my admin for the user are:

"Track order" - here it will be shown when order was placed, what shipping address was given, and once the product was shipped (this will be updated in admin area) you can track the order in DHL/UPS/FedEX shipping page.

"Recently viewed Items" section, users are able to view previously viewed items.

"My account" section - here the customer/user is able to changes the account information, etc
Admin Control Panel: Admin will have access edit, activate or deactivate user accounts.

Gift Certificates: Site will be integrated with 2 coupon system Occasional Coupon System and User Coupon System.

Occasional Coupon System: Admin is able to define that coupon generated through content management systems. Administrator is able to define according to the % or $ amount generated coupon. The coupon is only valid between a certain date range specified by the admin. Once admin defines the coupon the code, a random alpha numeric 12 digit code, will be generated. Admin will then send email to all users with this particular code and can incorporate this code into direct mail campaigns. Therefore, whenever user purchase the product and enters the code he/she obtains the discount. If user enters the code and date was expired then that coupon will not work and gives error. Below are screen captions of the coupon system custom coded for the administrator experience.


User Coupon System:
This system works when user purchase something admin can assign the coupon only that member and that coupon is valid only of 1 time purchase.


When admin click on Assign Coupon this pop-up will comes up.
